I find I go through almost 2 batteries a day...
18650 2200mha labeled Joyetech. so duno how makes them.
the batteries I have on order from FastTech are Panasonic NCR18650PF 10A maximum discharge

hopefully they will do the job.

I tried to smoke an e-cig once. Couldn't get the damn thing lit.

Fast Tech is what it is. Don't expect anything more. You don't go to Target expecting Holt Renfrew service, so don't expect Fast Tech to be like some of our amazing domestic vendors.

I'm not saying you shouldn't do a PayPal dispute (be careful of your wording though), but don't be so surprised that you're having to.

And just for the record, opening a dispute for a package with Canada Post is a painful process, especially from another country. Canada Post also has minimum waiting times for senders before an investigation can be started. CP maybe making FT wait. (I sold on eBay for years and had to deal with CP crap often)

    I disagree.
I just had a small problem where some of their orders they sent got the tracking numbers all messed up.
I had 2 orders in that confusion...
I received my orders... eventually... wasn't in any hurry... value totaled to about $120.
Well they were ready to fully reimburse me for the packages since they could not track them and so they could not confirm that they arrived.

When I was notified that they were going to reimburse me for something I had received,
I let them know right away that I had received the packages and that they didn't need to pay me back.

I just got an email, that they thanked me for my honesty and gave me gift certificates for value of 20% of the two orders.
    That is nice service.

I think I'll buy me a nice Pulse-G Genesis Style Rebuildable Atomizer

I guess it pays to be patient.

I placed one of the orders I'm waiting for on October 15. I finally found out it left hk post yesterday for its destination. I was really worried because I read in the fastech forum that packages containing king mods, chi yous and nemesis were some of the packages that were missing. I have all those plus a black vamo in my order. Man I hope it comes faster now!

Actually, that's pretty well what I meant!

I've had good customer service with them as well. I once got a battery that crapped out on me very quickly. I put in for a return/replacement and they replaced it immediately and told me not to bother returning it, saving the postage.

I agree, you just need to be patient with them!

FT question, seems as good a place as any:

What does everyone do with regards to paying for a tracking number? Do you do it for every order regardless? Only over a certain $ amount? Or just for certain item types? Given what I've read about lack of updates etc. is there any merit to getting one at all?

You get a tracking # for free if you order $15 worth of goods (suggested, otherwise it will go very slow snail mail).

I use an App on my phone called Posted (I think it's $2 there is a limited free version too). I then punch the tracking # into Singapore Registered Article, and then again with Canada Post. Obviously it shows up with Singapore first, and then eventually to Canada Post. This way I can watch the whole journey. It usually takes 1-2 days for fasttech to ship (sometimes much longer), 1-2 days for it to show up at Singapore. A few more days until it leaves the country. Few more days until it shows in Canada Post. Depending on where you live, 3-5 more days, and it could get help up in Customs, but that's pretty rare.

But the tracking # is free, but I'm always over $15. tack on a few atomizers or a bottle of juice (Liqua French Pipe is GREAT).

I started this thread. SO i thought I would give an update.

I cant comment on the good service some other posters have claimed. And if what you say is true, then that's great for you.

However, as a update on my personal experience. Its still been horrible.

Purchased my item on Sept 26, 2013. Its been 70 calendar days, and 55 business days. Canada post tracking indicates the item has been in the GTA (Mississauga) for about 50 calendar days.

Fasttech keeps asking for more time. When it was roughly 25 business days after purchase, they said they tracked the item to Mississauga and asked if I could pick up the item, acknowledging the item was in Mississauga. Note that the item is at a Canada Post sorting warehouse, and you cant pickup items there. Then a little while ago, they asked me to confirm if the item was rejected by Canadian Customs. Man that pissed me off, its there job to track my purchase now, but I told them Canada Post confirmed to me that the item was cleared by customs, but needed to be investigated by the seller. These guys have no idea whats going on. Or they are just lying. For the longest time they insisted they were waiting on a response from HK Post when my item was delivered using Singapore post. Just yesterday, they said they got a response form Singapore Post saying the item was ON THE WAY to Canada. This is ridiculous, you already know the item is Canada with Canada Post at a sorting facility. This is where I am 55 business days after purchase!

I literally feel that they stole my money. And its not even the dollar amount because I didn't spend a lot. I just think they are shady. And they have no respect for customers. Maybe if your a big spender they will bend over for you. But otherwise, they don't give a shit about you.

And before people say oh well you shouldn't care what kind of service you get, because its cheap. I think that's bullshit. Taking someones money and not delivering is not acceptable no matter what. and 70 calendar days is enough time to track something -- that's a really really low bar to meet.
