    I never had it since,
everywhere I am I usually have a water bottle in reach...
I think mine was due to dehydration.
on the upside, since I hydrate myself more, I suffer from much less headaches

I tried to smoke an e-cig once. Couldn't get the damn thing lit.

What a great thread. Haven't read content like this since the first few years, of my vaping journey. You're right Switcher, on all counts! Have a husband that is still fighting with the devil. It seems to be easier, to blame vaping for his congestion, when he actually has COPD, Dr. affirmed, from years of heavy smoking. It seems like he is still in mourning, like loosing his best friend. He just won't admit, that cigs were his worst enemy, and always will be. Thanks for the refreshing truth, and good luck to you Lobes 2011, although it has nothing to do with luck!!

Sorry to hear about hubby My wife and I were discussing smoking a few nights ago at supper. She went through hell in 2010. She never thought it was that bad (fighting the demons). Although she wanted to help, I pushed her away as she couldn't help me. I had to fight the SOBs, there is no way around that, and as most non-smokers didn't really have a full grasp on the situation. The discussion surrounded she knew of a lot of people who said they were trying to quit etc... but never really did, and was truly surprised that I actually saw it through. Mindset!

That was then, this is now with several folks tacking up vaping as an alternate life style, some have never smoked, that is alarming.

Good thanks Switcher, it took me an extra week or so to start getting a lot more water into me and haven't drank much pop or coffee. I am drinking about 2litred of water a day which is less that what I should be but a good start. I also am going for a medication review with my pharmacist to change a couple meds around. I have been vaping still lower nic with no problem (knock on wood) and then have another tank with zero nic that I can puff away in between if I want more. Thanks again for the info I'm hoping that it will get even better. I am still having a few analogs a day but hoping to be off them completely within the next week.

Great to see vaping is beginning to go your way.
I suffered from some mild headaches, usually in the morning trying to raise my nic level in the body then getting a rush of nic and a headache and yucky feeling would result. Now I take a couple smaller hits and wait a while(usually for coffee to brew) before taking more vapes, along with a lower nic juice since I have a much better delivery system than when I first started.
Something else that attributed to my sometimes crappy feeling was the juice I was vaping. Commercial juices are overly sweet, some are even syrupy. Trying to find a non overly sweet commercial juice was a very expensive and seemed to become a long term affair. I'm a dedicated tobacco vaper so finding a tobac that didn't taste like licking an ashtray, dirt or burnt ciggy filters is difficult and again expensive.
I've been vaping almost 3 years now and have read, watched and learned a lot over that time. First year I was learning the vape gear, lingo, how to use and understand my gear and begin to rebuild my attys, first top coil clearo's then protanks, kayfuns and now subtanks. I was getting small headaches constantly right between the eyes, lowered my nic from 24 to 18, less headaches but still getting them.
By year 2 I was mastering protank rebuilds, switching to kayfuns, having great vapes but still some headaches. Trying to find a commercial tobacco juice that I like was still the issue, too sweet or gross. I was drinking a few liters of water a day and the backlash of all the water that I was pizzing all night, sometimes several times a night, also vaping juice I didn't like to use it up.
Now vaping kanger subtanks and TFV4's I have to be even more careful since their delivery is better than the kayfuns so I'm now downsizing to 9 nic to try to avoid those headaches
Its been a year now that I began to make my own juice, a simple 60/40 2 ingredient mix of Hangsen Highway, desert ship or No5 blended with a tobacco absolute. The vape isn't sweet and has a nice grassy taste I like....SCORES.
Now comes to the point of my entire post and what could be problematic to some. I'm not going to say go out and buy DIY supplies, thats your choice but for a year now since I vape DIY juice and NOT vape any commercial at all, I rarely get headaches unless I over hit in the morning(learned to control the vaping and do more just mouth vaping and not mouth to lung or straight lung). There is no "Ahhhhhh" feeling with the first morning vapes like the ciggy puffs so you have to be careful not to overvape.
I drink a fraction of the water and don't have that unquenchable thirst I use to have that forced me to drink gallons of water, along with IMO the sweeteners that dry your mouth out and also force you to drink.
This last year of vaping has been the best ever. It doesn't matter if you have a ego stick with a clearo or a box mod with a super atty, its the juice that will make or break your vape experience and how your body reacts.
This is my 2 cents on how I overcame that shitty feeling I seemed to always have.
These numbers reflect both my wife and I who both quit on the same day.
March 25, 2013 was our last analog cigarette.
