Wow sorry guys I forgot I do not get updates sent to me when someone replies here lol

@Tiki there a ton of printers out in the market right now all I can say is take all the advertising with a grain of salt. Even if they claim it works out of the box that wont be the case and if so it wont be for very long till adjustments and tweaks/repairs have to be done. There is a constant tweaking required with these machines. Just make sure to do your homework on what you are buying.

@Nicklfire I am self taught on everything I do lol. Everything I model are my own designs unless someone just wants a nic-nak printed from something someone has already modeled. This mod took me 4 or 5 revisions until I got everything measured and set the way I wanted it. I have a site set up but not fully functioning yet where I will be showing all my own designs and offering prints of them for sale to the general public. This will be anything and everything that interests me from vaping, to photography, or computers/electronics in general. Right now I am offering anyone this particular enclosure to build themselves for $25. Eventually everything will be up and running over at Precise Creation but until then its direct sales via email or pm.

They can be a great tool if you are willing to commit the time to learn all the in's and out's of the whole thing, not just click print and go. You should know the mechanics of the system and how they all operate with each other, the software side is huge between slicing, patching, modelling, merging. Don't forget learning audrino and how to flash firmwares and making changes in configuration files lol. just now I probably jump between 5-8 different pieces of software depending on what I am trying to do. It is one of those things where it can be very rewarding, but you just cannot let yourself go loco pulling your hair out and eventually just giving up. I know a few people who have them sitting in a closest because they just thought everything would work and that's it.

You're actually selling the housing itself? or the files to print it. How clean does it come out? Because I've seen alot of mods on thingiverse that look very messy and rough. While the designs are cool they just look very rough like the resolution is too low or it's printing too fast or something. If yours is smooth and you're actually selling the hole case, sled and cover together for $25 that's a brilliant deal. mod designers on shapeways like to break it apart and sell the pieces individually. Got any bigger versions of the pics you posted?

Having seen so many rough prints while doing research on 3d printing in general, I have been wanting to ask someone who does it, can the printed material be sanded and polished?

Website is slowly(and I mean slowly as I am a total newb) getting set up feel free to laugh at the amateur hour job I managed lol. The shop area has a few of my vape related accessories available for purchase as well as the DNA30/40 enclosure I put in the original post.

Coupon code of course has been added to get 10% off your total just enter "wackedout" at the checkout page. E-mail transfer available to upon request as the ecommerce I am using has no way of including it new colors will be added as they come in from my supplier and if there is a color you want but don't see just ask chances are I can have it within 24-48hrs

Good stuff but you should put actual photos of the items so people get a better sense of how they will come out. Would like to see an Atty tray of some sort. Something that will take 10-20 atties up to 23mm with the 510 hole. Maybe a tiered like tray. Customizable would be really nice so you can have it made to fit your own dimensions. But may be too expensive with the amount of plastic it would but the extra expense can be offset because the person will have it custom made. Anyways just a thought. I have thin cabinets in my room that would be nice to get custom fit trays for my vape stuff.

Good points made and thanks for the feedback pictures of actual prints for each item will be uploaded soon I just have to take the time to clear off the work table to be able to snap a few pictures of each.

I do like the idea of a tiered style atty display stand and already have a atty stand I was working away at late last night so I will for sure incorporate that into the style/layout or make a 2nd version.

As for custom made pieces that is for sure something I can do and would be willing to work with anyone on something custom if they wanted it. Unfortunately I have not figured out a good/safe way of adding a product like that to the site as it is just to vague and cannot put a set price on something that could potentially cost me twice as much to produce compared to the listed price online. Right now you can order my smaller bottle stand as a custom piece with your own text and as I rework some of the design to allow for custom text I will be adding them to the site.

Also feel free to pm or email me if their is something custom you had in mind that you wanted made for yourself I am more then happy to make something one off for a fellow vaper.

I am interested in the dna enclosure, I do have a question before I commit. I assume that the cut out for the 510 connector will work for any connector from FD, specifically the v4 or v3 510. Would this connector work in it ---- Fat Daddy Classic 510 Inserts.
    Regards,
    Tom

Awesome thanks so much you just made my night and are my very first online customer

I will get your enclosure set up to print asap and cannot wait to get started

And to answer your previous post I set the 510 connector up for any of the 22mm ones and it is recessed 2mm with a 10mm opening.
